The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites expressions of interest from eligible national and international consulting firms, including joint ventures, for prequalification to undertake an Independent Third‑Party Review of the HEC and HEC‑funded higher education institutions. Prequalification will be followed by issuance of an RFP to shortlisted/prequalified firms.
