How to apply and collect documents:
• Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained on request against Pay Order/Bank Draft (minimum validity six months from the date of submission) in favor of the Directorate of Technical.
• Tender documents should be sent/couriered to: Manager (Procurement), D.T.S., Paradise Point, Hawksbay Road, Karachi.
• Sealed bids must be submitted by the stated closing date/time for each tender package. Bids will be opened on the advertised opening date/time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only security-cleared firms/suppliers are eligible to purchase tender documents and participate.
