The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Saidu Sharif Swat has issued a corrigendum to Tender No.05-2026 revising the minimum eligibility criterion and technical specifications for printing original certificates.
The corrigendum requires a bank statement from 01-01-2023 to 31-12-2025 showing minimum transactions (credit or debit) of Rs. 30 million. Revised technical requirements include 110–120 GSM paper; paper burst factor minimum 22; brightness minimum 94%; A4 size (8.27 × 11.69 inches); embedded watermark “BISE KP”; precise cutting; four-color printing; serial number as a digitally encrypted variable QR code with accompanying text and a separate barcode; micro-lining logo; selective UV invisible printing; and carton packing to prevent curling.
