Position	Qualification	Experience / Key Requirements
Director (Human Resource)	Master's degree in Business Administration / Management from HEC-recognized university/institution. Higher qualification preferred.	Minimum 15–17 years' relevant experience including 10 years of university experience in HR recruitment and management at similar position in reputed public sector universities/organizations. Experience in medical university/academic institution setups preferred. Working experience in formulation/implementation of HR related policies and familiarity with HEC/PM&DC/PNC rules & regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Managing Editor	Ph.D. / M.Phil., preferably in Community Medicine with basic MBBS from HEC-recognized university/institution. Higher qualification preferred.	Minimum 10–15 years' relevant experience including 5–7 years of academic management experience in reputed public/private/autonomous national or international organizations. Experience as Managing Editor of peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal preferred. Minimum 10–15 publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals; experience as reviewer for peer-reviewed journals and research grant applications.
Assistant Director (Administration)	Master's / Bachelor or equivalent degree preferably in Management/Administration from HEC-recognized university/institution. Higher qualification preferred. Must be computer savvy.	Minimum 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience including 5 years working experience in general administration, management, transportation, store & office administration in reputed public/private sector organizations. Experience at university/academic administration setups preferred. Conversant with government rules & regulations including PPRA; strong verbal/written communication skills.
Audit Officer	Master's / Bachelor or equivalent degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce from HEC-recognized university/institution. Higher qualification preferred. Must be computer savvy.	Minimum 4–5 years' relevant experience including 2–3 years working experience in audit & taxation, financial management and inspections in public/private sector (national & international).
