Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for multiple construction and renovation works at the FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad, including construction of a Counter Terrorism Wing, additional rooms and façade uplift, main block renovation, cafeteria construction, and renovation of the Global Interpol Academy. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must submit bids through the EPADS v2.0 portal.
Bidding documents and full terms are available on EPADS v2.0. Bids must include the specified bid security (Pay Order/Call Deposit) and be submitted via EPADS on or before 2026-07-29; e-bids will be opened the same day. For queries: Dy.
