Government of Sindh, College Education Department has issued a Final Show Cause Notice to Mr. Muhammad Irfan, Lecturer in Psychology (BPS-17) at S.M. Government Arts & Commerce College No. 2, Karachi. The notice, dated 16th October 2026 (Ref: No. SO (HR-I) M1-70/2013), states that Mr. Irfan was previously served a Show Cause Notice on 11.09.2026 but did not submit a reply and remained continuously absconding from government service.
