Punjab Food Authority Tender for Procurement of Meat Testing Kits (e-Bids)

Punjab Food Authority invites e-Bids (technical and financial proposals) on an item‑wise rate basis from prospective eligible bidders through a single‑stage two‑envelope bidding process in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Procurement: Meat Testing Kits.

Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab Food Authority website and the PPRA website. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must furnish bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost via digital payment through e‑banking or corporate payment portal using the prescribed Prefix and PSID combination and must submit it before the stipulated date and time.

Technical proposals will be evaluated according to the bidding documents. Technical proposals/bids must remain valid for 180 days from the last date of submission. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the advertised time and date. The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bid as per the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
