Required bid documents and qualification criteria include:
- Experience in similar works executed during the last five years: either one project with minimum cost 80% of the estimated cost, or two projects each with minimum cost 50% of the estimated cost.
- Average annual financial turnover not less than the equivalent cost of the scheme/project during the last five years.
- Audited financial statements and income tax returns for the last five years.
- Affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted/de‑listed/de‑barred at the time of bidding.
Special condition: Bidders are advised to conduct their own site survey before filling the BOQ rates; all costs of site survey or related expenses shall be borne by the bidder and no reimbursement will be made by STDC. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all or any bids under Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 as amended.
