Public Notice: Special Revision of Record of Rights for Deh Nind, Taluka Kharo Chan

Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Kharo Chan, District Sujawal issues a public notice (Dispatch No. 09, dated 2026-10-07) announcing a "special revision" (correction and verification) of the Record of Rights under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, pursuant to the Board of Revenue, Sindh order (Hyderabad dated 2025-02-28).

The Board of Revenue has launched a campaign to standardize and digitize land records across Sindh. The special revision will be conducted for Deh Nind, Taluka Kharo Chan. Records verified and corrected under this order will be authenticated by the concerned Mukhtiarkar and the First Grade Assistant Collector as prescribed under Section 42 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967.

Any person having an objection regarding a property, survey number, area, or any other matter may file an objection at the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Kharo Chan, within 15 days from the notice date. If no objection is filed within the specified period, the record will be re-written in the name of the concerned khatedar.
