Important guidelines:
• Each registered graduate is allowed to bring one (01) accompanying guest.
• Only registered graduates and authorized guests with valid passes will be allowed entry into the convocation marquee and university premises.
• Attendance at the full-dress rehearsal day is mandatory for participation in the main convocation ceremony.
• Prescribed convocation gowns and caps will be issued on the rehearsal day after payment of prescribed dues/security deposit (refundable).
