Tender: Construction of DC House (Upper) Dera Bugti — Executive Engineer Building

The Executive Engineer Building, Dera Bugti invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the following work under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not permitted. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (ePPS) of BPPRA.

Eligibility and conditions: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayers List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or revenue authority, and must demonstrate requisite financial capacity and prior experience (completion of similar works and minimum turnover/financial strength as required in the bidding document). Bidders must not have pending contractual litigation or prior contract terminations for fraud/corruption. Completed at least two similar projects and projects of substantial value executed in the last five years are required as specified in the bidding document.

Procurement procedure: Single-Stage, Single-Envelope bidding. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit-at-call from a scheduled bank for 2% of the estimated cost. Tender documents and the complete bidding document are available electronically via the ePPS / BPPRA portals.

Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard on the ePPS. Bids will be opened on the same day as submission at 13:00 hours on the ePPS.
