E-Bid Invitation: 8 kW Hybrid Off‑Grid Solar Systems for District & Sub‑Division Courts, Mandi Bahauddin

District & Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin invites e-bids (Tender No. 01/2026-2027) for the procurement and installation of 8 kW hybrid off‑grid solar systems at the District Headquarters and sub‑divisions. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E‑Procurement System (EP) by the stated closing date.

Key conditions: Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category, C3 & above where applicable). Bids must be submitted on the Punjab E‑Procurement System (EP). Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required. A performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount will be required within 10 days of issuance of the acceptance letter. Taxes will be deducted as per rules. Bids will remain valid for 90 days.
