Divisional Public School & College Sahiwal Tender for Prospectus Printing

Divisional Public School & College Sahiwal invites sealed tenders from General Sales Tax and Income Tax registered firms and suppliers for prospectus printing.

Tender documents and forms are available at www.dossahiwal.edu.pk immediately after publication of the notice. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000, payable through a pay order in favour of the Principal DPS Sahiwal. Bidders must also furnish bid security of Rs. 50,000 through a bank CDR in favour of the Principal DPS Sahiwal.

The bid must comprise three separate envelopes enclosed within one sealed outer envelope: the first containing the tender fee pay order and bid security CDR, the second containing the technical bid, and the third containing the financial bid.

Bids may be submitted by courier or by hand and must reach by 12 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened at 12:15 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders at the Office of the Principal DPS Sahiwal.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject proposals. The notice is issued by Principal Tallat Wazir.
