KUST Housing Scheme Kohat Public Notice on Mortgaged Plots

The Local Planning and Enforcement Unit, TMA Kohat, has sanctioned KUST Housing Scheme on Main Indus Highway, Moza Togh, Tehsil and District Kohat. The scheme covers 185 kanals and was submitted for approval by Mohib Ullah of Kohat.

The following residential plots have been mortgaged with the Local Planning and Enforcement Unit, Tehsil Municipal Administration Kohat, as security for development works:

The mortgaged plots cover a total of 12 kanals. The security covers roads, water supply, sewerage and drainage systems, street lighting, electricity networks, gas facilities and horticulture work. Completion of these works is the responsibility of the developer or owner.

The public is advised not to enter into any transaction involving the sale or purchase of these mortgaged plots until they are redeemed after completion of the development works. The developer or owner cannot sell or transfer them before redemption.
