CWPP&H Tump Tender for Assistant Commissioner and Tehsildar Offices and Houses in Mand

The Executive Engineer (Buildings), CWPP&H Department, District Tump, invites sealed percentage-rate tenders from government contractors and firms renewed for 2027. Rates shall be based on the Government of Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, amended up to date. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, using the single-stage, one-envelope procedure.

Eligibility requirements include two assignments of similar nature and complexity, turnover of at least PKR 46,896,544 in the three preceding years, presence on the Active Taxpayer List, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.

The tender document fee is PKR 2,000, payable through a Green Challan under account head 02726. Bids must include 4% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in favour of the Executive Engineer.

Bidding documents may be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office during working hours from publication of the notice until 19 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 19 November 2026 and will be opened at 1:00 PM the same day at the Office of the Executive Engineer (Buildings), CWPP&H Department, Tump.
