BRSP Tender for Security Equipment, Ammunition and Protective Clothing

The Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply of security equipment, ammunition, protective clothing and related items, comprising nine items. Tender reference: TSE-2627101215921.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must provide 2% bid security in the form of a Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned. No tender fee is required.

Eligibility requirements include three assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 4,000,000 during the previous three years, turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 over the previous three years, inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List, a Sales Tax Certificate and 9001 Quality Management System registration. Bidders must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permitted. Failure to provide the required bid security will result in disqualification during financial evaluation.

Registration with the BPPRA Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory. Tender documents are available at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard by 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Physical bids are not required.
