District Education Authority Faisalabad Auction of 17 Government Yamaha Motorcycles

The Office of the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Faisalabad invites sealed bids for the auction of 17 government Yamaha motorcycles on an “as is, where is” basis.

Inspection: The motorcycles may be physically inspected during office hours on any working day until 14 November 2026 at Government Muslim High School, Tariqabad, Faisalabad.

Bid submission and opening: Sealed bids must reach the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Faisalabad by 10:00 AM on 16 November 2026. Bids will be opened at the same office at 2:30 PM that day. A separate price must be quoted for each vehicle, and the vehicle number must be included with the quotation.

Documents and deposit: Bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit CNIC copies, complete current and permanent addresses, and a mobile phone number with their bids. A refundable token deposit of Rs. 2,000 per motorcycle, accompanied by a CNIC copy, is required to participate.

Sale and payment conditions: Motorcycles will be sold only if the highest bid exceeds the reserve price. The successful bidder must pay 25% of the bid amount on the spot. After making full payment, the successful bidder must remove the motorcycles within three days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the security money, and no extension will be allowed.

All prevailing government taxes will apply and will be recovered in addition to the bid amount. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
