The Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies-I and Authorized Election Officer has announced a Special General Body Meeting of National Cement Employees Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Karachi, to elect the President and all members of the Managing Committee. The meeting will be held on 10 January 2027 at 11:30 a.m. at SNAP-53, Block-3, Faran Society, Cooperative House, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Karachi.
The election is being conducted in compliance with Registrar Cooperative Societies Sindh Order No. RCS/KYC/202/2026 dated 9 October 2026, read with Order No. RCS/KYC/407/2025 dated 23 December 2025. The notice bears reference No. ARCS-I/AEO/NCECHS/390/2026 and is dated 30 October 2026.

Eligibility, Fees and Instructions
Society members holding qualifying shares with a paid-up value of Rs. 500, under Rule 57(i) of the Cooperative Societies Rules 2020, may file nomination papers for the President and committee positions.
Nomination forms may be obtained from the election officer's office on a working day during office hours upon submission of a photocopy of the CNIC, an undertaking and an application form, and payment of Rs. 2,000. Incomplete nomination forms will be rejected. A nomination form without the official seal on its envelope will not be accepted.
The members list may be obtained from the election officer's office for Rs. 5,000 on a working day between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m.
Entry to the premises will be allowed only to members/voters carrying their original National Identity Card. Proxy voting is prohibited.
