KMC Re-Auction of Meat Shop Licence Fee Collection Rights for 2026–2027

The Office of the Senior Director, Veterinary Services Department, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), invites interested parties to an open public re-auction of fee collection rights for 2026–2027. Notice No. SDVS/ACC/KMC/145/26 is dated 30 October 2026.

The auction will be held on 16, 17 and 18 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the KMC Head Office, Main Building, M. A. Jinnah Road, Karachi.

At the time of auction, participants must deposit 10% of the reserve price or official bid as security through a pay order issued by any scheduled bank in favour of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation. Participation will not be permitted without this deposit. The security deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after the auction proceedings conclude.

The successful or highest bidder must deposit the remaining contractual amount, together with income tax according to the rules and rates announced by the Income Tax Department, Government of Sindh, before the contract is awarded and in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.

Contract terms, conditions, rates and fees may be inspected during working hours on working days at the Office of the Senior Director, Veterinary Services Department, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Room No. 12, Annex Building, KMC, M. A. Jinnah Road, Karachi.

Before bidding, participants must provide a photocopy of their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and NTN with a current-year certificate. Defaulters are ineligible to participate.

The KMC auction committee reserves the right to cancel any or all bids without assigning a reason.
