Karachi Anti-Terrorism Court Proclamation for Abdul Samad Kathiawari

The Anti-Terrorism Court No. VI, Karachi, at the Judicial Complex, ATC Central Prison Karachi, has issued a proclamation requiring the appearance of absconding accused Abdul Samad Kathiawari, son of Muhammad Umer, resident of House No. 15/50, Sector 11-F, New Karachi.

The proclamation concerns Special Case No. 162 of 2026, The State versus Kathiawari and others, arising from FIR No. 425/2026 at Manghopir Police Station (SIU/CIA, Karachi), under Sections 324, 384, 385, 386 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code, read with Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act.

Issued under Section 87 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, read with Section 19(1) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, the proclamation records that the accused cannot be found and has absconded to avoid service of the warrant. He is required to appear within seven days of publication of the proclamation in three newspapers, before the court on 24 November 2026 at 8:30 AM.
