Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF), Lahore, invites sealed bids from metal fabrication firms, contractors and manufacturers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and having adequate experience for the following supplies and services.

Bidding documents are available from the Office of the Managing Director (PWF), 1st Floor, Haleem Plaza, 10-Temple Road, Lahore. They contain detailed terms and conditions, the procurement method, bid submission procedure, bid security, bid opening and validity requirements, evaluation criteria, clarification and rejection provisions, and performance guarantee requirements.
Each tender document costs Rs. 2,000, non-refundable, payable through a pay order in favour of Pakistan WAPDA Foundation, Lahore. Interested firms must enclose a copy of their GST/NTN registration with their tender request or application.
Bids prepared according to the tender document instructions must reach the Office of the Managing Director (PWF), Haleem Plaza, 10-Temple Road, Lahore, by 11:00 AM on Tuesday, 17 November 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
