Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders from registered companies, firms, joint ventures and sole proprietors for a commercial concession at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. This reverse-procurement tender will be conducted on a single-stage, two-envelope basis, comprising technical and financial offers. Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria detailed in the tender terms and conditions.

The concession covers establishing, operating and maintaining a CIP Lounge and Premium Lounge inside the International Departure area, along with commercial development, operation and utilization of hospitality, food and beverage, and passenger experience facilities at Level III / Mezzanine Floor of the Domestic and International Departure areas of JIAP Karachi, on a master retailer basis.
