QIE Lahore E-Bidding Tender for Repair and Maintenance Patch Works

The Board of Management, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate (BOM QIE), invites electronic bids from original contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above and with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for repair and maintenance patch works at different areas of QIE.

Bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements, are available free of cost to registered bidders at www.qie.com.pk, the Punjab E-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, and the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The tender-viewing address is https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.

The single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure will apply under Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security must be submitted or transferred online through the procedure established in the E-Procurement System in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. An offer without the required bid security will be rejected as non-responsive.

Completed, signed and stamped electronic bids, fully complying with the tender documents, must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal by the submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day in accordance with the PPRA Rules, 2014. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids, and bids submitted through any other method, will not be considered.

All quoted rates must include applicable government taxes. Bidders who do not meet the eligibility criteria in the bidding documents will be considered ineligible.
