Suthra Punjab Authority (SPA), established under the Suthra Punjab Authority Act (X-II) of 2026, invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of IT equipment and other appliances. Procurement will be conducted through national competitive bidding on the Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-14, using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and least-cost selection method. Joint ventures and consortiums are not permitted.

Items must conform to the technical specifications and terms of reference in the bidding documents. Bidding documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and ep.punjab.gov.pk. The PPRA Punjab active tenders page is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx. Bid security must be submitted lot-wise and online in accordance with the Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines and regulations.
Completed, signed and stamped bids, fully compliant with the bidding documents, must be submitted online through ep.punjab.gov.pk by 11:00 a.m. on November 19, 2026. Technical bids will be opened online at 11:30 a.m. on the same day, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Submission through the e-Procurement System is solely the bidder's responsibility. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the tender notice on the PPRA and e-Procurement websites.
