Public Notice for Purchase of Commercial Plot 10-C in DHA Phase VI, Karachi

Muhammad Akram has contracted to purchase Commercial Plot No. 10-C, measuring 200 square yards, situated at Bukhari Commercial, Lane No. 14, Phase VI, DHA, Karachi.

The property is being purchased from the legal heirs of the deceased owner, Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed, son of Chaudhry Rehmatullah: Salma Mushtaq, Saima Mushtaq and Uzma Mushtaq, residents of Sahiwal, Punjab.

Any person or institution with an objection to the purchase or transfer of the property into Muhammad Akram's name must communicate it in writing, along with supporting documentary evidence, to his address or through WhatsApp within eight (08) days from the date of publication of this notice. After this period, no objection or claim will be entertained.
