UET Lahore Associate Degree Program Admissions Fall 2026 – Apply by November 24

The University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Lahore invites applications for its Fall 2026 undergraduate Associate Degree Programs (ADP) under a financially subsidized fee structure. Programs are offered at the Main Campus through the Institute of AI, ML and Cyber Security and at its Extension Institute at P-6, Model Town, Lahore. Only applicants holding a Punjab domicile are eligible, unless otherwise specified.

UET highlights more than 105 years of academic excellence, its position as Pakistan’s number-one engineering and technology university, and its ranking of 201st in the world for engineering and technology. Scholarships worth more than PKR 1.45 billion were awarded in financial year 2025–26, and financial assistance is available in different programs.

Associate Degree Programs and Campuses

Eligibility and Merit Calculation

Applicants must have passed Intermediate or an equivalent qualification with relevant subject combinations and at least 50% marks. Accepted qualifications include F.Sc. Pre-Engineering, F.Sc. Pre-Medical, ICS, and Intermediate combinations of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics, or Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science.

For ADP merit calculation, Matric and Intermediate Part-I marks carry a combined weight of 100%: 75% for Intermediate Part-I and 25% for Matric. Applicants who have completed A-levels receive 100% weight based on their complete O-levels score according to the corresponding IBCC equivalence. For DAE applicants, 100% weight is assigned to the combined first- and second-year scores.

Candidates who have passed, or expect to pass, equivalent examinations other than Pakistani board examinations must submit an IBCC equivalence certificate if selected. Candidates from non-Muslim minority communities may apply under the Minority Quota, subject to the applicable admission rules and eligibility criteria.

Application Fee and Submission

The application fee is PKR 3,000. Candidates may apply for any of the listed programs by paying this fee, with no extra fee charged for different programs. Apply online at https://admission.uet.edu.pk. Applications sent by post or courier, or submitted by hand, will not be entertained. The admission challan, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable at any stage, whether the candidate is utilized or not.

The deadline for online applications is Tuesday, November 24, 2026, up to 12:00 midnight. Candidates do not need to visit the university to apply, although university officials can provide guidance if required.

Application Form Assistance

Candidates requiring assistance may use computer and printer facilities at the National Library of Engineering Sciences, UET Lahore, from Tuesday, October 27, 2026, through Tuesday, November 24, 2026. Assistance is available on working days between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm, with a prayer break.

Admission Schedule and Classes

Classes will be conducted at the Institute of AI, ML and Cyber Security, UET Lahore Main Campus, or its Extension Institute at P-6, Model Town, Lahore, according to the program. Hostel accommodation will not be provided to students enrolled in these programs.

ADP-to-BS Admission and Credit Transfer

Applicants who complete an associate degree from UET may be admitted to the fifth semester of an undergraduate or equivalent degree program in the same discipline without a deficiency course. Documents Required from Selected Candidates

After admission, selected candidates must submit their original Matric certificate or equivalent qualification, First Year/Intermediate Part-I certificate, complete Intermediate or equivalent qualification, and domicile, along with documents required by any applicable special category.
