UET Narowal Campus E-Bids for Desktop Computers, Workstations and Laptops

The Narowal Campus of the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore invites single-stage, two-envelope electronic bids comprising technical and financial proposals for the procurement of IT equipment. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, dealers and sole agents of reputable firms or companies, registered with the relevant authorities for Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, where applicable.

The procurement mode is DDP. Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available free of charge to registered bidders through the Punjab PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Interested applicants must register with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's E-Procurement System to participate. Bids and tender documents must be submitted online through https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 23 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Electronic bids will be opened through the same system that day at 10:30 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Each proposal must be accompanied by the applicable bid security, submitted electronically in accordance with Punjab E-Procurement System requirements and regulations. Offers without the required security will be rejected as non-responsive.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13 November 2025 at 10:30 a.m. in the office of the Computer Engineering Department, UET Lahore.

The response period will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the Punjab PPRA website. If the bid-opening date falls on a public holiday declared by the government or becomes a non-working day, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.

The university management may reject all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance, under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
