Faisal Town Public Notice on Cancelled Faisal Hills Plots and 14 Stars Marketing

Faisal Town (Pvt.) Ltd., Rawalpindi, has issued a public caution concerning Syed Zain-ul-Abideen Haider, son of Syed Kausar Abbas, associated with 14 Stars Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd., with an address at House No. 18, Road No. 5, Islamabad.

The company states that plots numbered 741, 742, 743, 744, 745, 746, 747, 748, 749 and 758 in Executive Block, Faisal Hills, Main GT Road (N-5), Taxila, Rawalpindi, were provisionally allotted under transfer agreements. The purchaser was required to complete payment within the agreed period.

According to the company, the purchaser failed to fulfil the agreed obligations and violated the MOU. The company declares him a defaulter and states that all the aforementioned plots were cancelled on July 8, 2025, October 1, 2025, and October 7, 2026.

Members of the public are cautioned that anyone conducting transactions with this person will do so at their own risk. Faisal Town (Pvt.) Ltd. disclaims responsibility for such dealings.
