Balochistan Police Quetta Tender for Security Equipment, Ammunition and Protective Clothing

The Assistant Director Police invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of security equipment, ammunition, protective clothing and related items under tender reference TSE-2627111219341. Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligibility: Bidders must have completed three assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 10,000,000 during the previous five years and have a turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 over the previous five consecutive years. They must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, possess a sales tax certificate and must not currently be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are permitted.

Bidders must upload verified work orders and subsequent documents from the relevant department to demonstrate compliance with the eligibility criteria. Submission of the required bid security and bidding document fee is mandatory. A bidder whose security does not meet the requirements during financial evaluation will be declared ineligible and non-responsive. Samples must be provided, and the delivery period is 60 days.

Bidding procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding. Bid security must accompany the bid in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call issued by a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned. The tender fee is PKR 1,000.

All bidders must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan. This registration requirement applies to all Government of Balochistan procurements, whether electronic or manual. For this tender, bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard; physical bids are not required.
