HAZECO Tender for 132 kV Conductors, Earth Wire and Transmission Line Hardware

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under its FY 2026–27 procurement plan. Reserved funds will be used to cover eligible payments under the resulting contracts.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Selection (LCS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026 and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security in favour of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited, Abbottabad, for the amount prescribed in the Bid Security section of the bidding documents. The security must be furnished as a Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee. The original bid security must reach Room No. 209, HAZECO Headquarters, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad, on or before the bid closing time. Failure to submit the original security by that time will result in the bid being considered non-responsive and rejected.

Electronic bidding documents containing terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System at https://epads.gov.pk. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Bids prepared according to the electronic bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by November 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 3:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified for this procurement under Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules 2026. A copy of the notification is available on the procuring agency’s website and the Authority’s website at www.ppra.org.pk.
