TMA Haripur E-Auction of Municipal Revenue Contracts 2026–27

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Haripur invites participation in the fourth e-auction of municipal revenue contracts for the financial year 2026–27. The contracts cover the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 and will be auctioned under the provincial government's e-auction policy.

The e-auction will take place on 16 November 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Interested bidders must register through dfmis.lgkp.gov.pk and participate through the online auction system. Assistance with registration is available from the relevant branch of TMA Haripur.

Bidders must provide the required 5% security deposit. The successful bidder must complete the required security adjustment within 48 hours after the auction closes. Security deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by TMA Haripur after completion of the auction process.

The successful bidder will be responsible for applicable provincial government taxes, including income tax. Contract collections will be governed by Notification No. 1913-181 TMA(H), dated 8 May 2025.
