The School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for one Project Director (PPS-09) position in the Project Management Unit–Balochistan Education Support Program (PMU-BESP). The unit is responsible for implementing the Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services in Balochistan (GRADES-B) and System Transformation of Early Education Project–Balochistan (STEP-B) education sector programmes and ASPIRE.
The appointment will initially be on a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project duration.

Candidates must demonstrate experience in planning, managing, and implementing complex development projects or programmes involving multidisciplinary teams, multiple stakeholders, and significant financial or procurement responsibilities. Required experience includes project planning, budgeting, procurement, contract management, monitoring, reporting, performance management, and stakeholder coordination, including linking implementation to approved annual work plans and measurable results.
Experience working with government institutions and development partners is required. Experience managing development partner-funded projects will be a strong advantage. Education sector experience and knowledge of Balochistan's institutional and operational context are desirable.
