Punjab Livestock Vaccine Refrigerator Tender Corrigendum – Deadline Extended to 16 November 2026

The Director General (Extension), Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Punjab, has revised the eligibility requirements and extended the bid submission deadline for Tender No. 01/DGE/ADP-2642/2026-27, “Procurement of Machinery and Equipment for the Year 2026-27,” under the ADP scheme “CM Punjab: Progressive Control of Foot and Mouth Disease in Punjab.”

The corrigendum refers to the tender advertisement published in Express Lahore and The News Lahore on 25 October 2026, Khabrain Lahore on 27 October 2026, and Quwat Lahore, Daily Real Lahore and Urdas Times Lahore under IPL No. 11350, and uploaded to the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Additional eligibility requirement: Bidders must have proven prior experience in supplying and delivering the quoted item from the proposed or quoted manufacturer. Verifiable copies of previous purchase orders or contract awards, together with the corresponding delivery challans, must be submitted as documentary evidence. This revised clause applies to Lot 2.

Extended submission deadline: Electronic bids must be uploaded and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical electronic bids will be opened through the same system on 16 November 2026 at 11:30 AM, in the presence of representatives of participating firms who wish to attend.

Late bids and bids submitted in physical form will not be entertained. Bidders seeking clarification must upload their queries through the Punjab e-Procurement System. All other terms and conditions of the original tender remain unchanged.
