Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College Mianwali Tender for Lab Equipment FY 2026-27

The Principal, Sargodha Medical College Sargodha / Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College Mianwali, invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the procurement of laboratory equipment for Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College Mianwali for financial year 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Schedule of Requirements and bidding documents. Separate e-bids must be submitted against each lot/package through e-Procurement.

The complete bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions and the Schedule of Requirements, can be downloaded from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The PPRA tender website is http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response period shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.

Bidders must submit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, demand draft, pay order or bank guarantee with a 100% encashment warranty, in the name of Principal, Sargodha Medical College Sargodha / Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College Mianwali. Conditional bank guarantees will not be accepted. A copy of the bid security must accompany the technical e-bid. The original bid security, together with confirmatory correspondence from the relevant bank, must be submitted to the MS Office before the opening of technical bids.

The procurement will use the Single Stage–Two Envelopes bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Prospective bidders will be evaluated technically according to the criteria in the bidding documents. Only bidders meeting those criteria will be declared technically responsive.

E-bids must be submitted through e-Procurement by 18 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids received within the stipulated deadline will be opened through e-Procurement on the same day at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be entertained.

If an official or local holiday falls on the final date for bid submission, the next working day will automatically become the final date for submission and opening of bids. Requests for further information or clarification regarding the bidding documents may be sent to the procuring agency through e-Procurement or in writing no later than seven days before the tender submission deadline.

All updated e-Procurement guidelines and PPRA Rules, 2014, will be followed. In the event of a conflict, the provisions of the PPRA Rules, 2014, as amended to date, shall prevail.
