The Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Tando Allahyar, invites objections to the revision and correction of land records for Deh Wagodar, Tapo Kokar, Taluka and District Tando Allahyar. The proceedings are being conducted under Sections 42(11), 42(12) and 42(13) of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967.
The previous inspection and attestation of Sindh's Records of Rights took place in 1985–86 under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. Fresh scrutiny and attestation of Khatas have commenced throughout Sindh following the Board of Revenue Sindh's Full Board meeting dated 28 February 2025 and its Hyderabad order dated 12 February 2026, No. Misc/RW/BOR/2026/36/11-Rev-1. The process includes special re-examination, attestation and comprehensive amendments. The Government of Sindh is also computerizing the Records of Rights to improve security and facilitate transfers.
Any Khatedar of the survey numbers below who objects to a listed name, ownership of a survey number or any other matter may file an objection at the Office of the Mukhtiarkar / Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Tando Allahyar, within fifteen (15) days. Otherwise, the records will be rewritten in the names of the rightful holders or Khatedars.
The new Khata attestations and computerized records will be recorded according to Computerized National Identity Cards. Khatedars without an identity card, or with an incorrect card, are requested to bring their identity cards so their identity-card information can be entered correctly in the new Khata books.
