NADRA Tender NADRA-HQ-RFB-123/2026 for Two 680 kVA Diesel Generator Sets

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of two CBU DCC 680 kVA diesel generator sets. The tender number is NADRA-HQ-RFB-123/2026, with EPADS v2.0 reference P183495.

Bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The single-stage, two-envelope bidding method will be adopted, with LCBS used for evaluation in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Procurement Department, NADRA Headquarters, G-5/2, Islamabad.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bank draft, pay order or bank guarantee. The original bid security must reach the Procurement Department at the address below by Monday, 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/183496. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Bids must be prepared according to the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.

NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 45 of PP Rules 2026. The procuring agency will not be responsible for technical issues affecting the bidder's module on EPADS; bidders are solely responsible for timely submission.
