Tender for Establishment of a 50-Bedded Hospital at Rakni, Barkhan

The Project Director, Upgradation of THQ Barkhan to DHQ Barkhan and Establishment of a 50-Bedded Hospital at Rakni, Barkhan, invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for construction work for 2026. The work is based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 on percentage rates. Tender reference: TSE-262711121983.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. All bidders must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required.

Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate an annual turnover of at least PKR 320,000,000 during the preceding three years, showing the firm's financial capacity.

Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-3 or above, covering projects up to PKR 500 million, is required, with relevant specialized codes CE10(i), General Civil Engineering Works, and CE10(vii), General Buildings and Maintenance.

The tender processing fee of PKR 1,000 must be deposited under account head C02716, PO UEH88. Bids must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.
