PCBDDA Public Notice for Proposed 523-Kanal Joint Venture in Fateh Jang, Attock

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), Government of the Punjab, invites public claims and objections concerning 523 kanals of land offered by Nova City Developers for a proposed joint venture in Mouza Kanyal, Tehsil Fateh Jang, District Attock.

Any individual, firm, company, institution, government or semi-government department, or other organization claiming ownership, an interest, possession, legal rights, or any objection concerning this land or any part of it must submit a written application supported by original documentary evidence to the office of the Additional Assistant Director, PCBDDA.

Claims and objections must be submitted within the stated 15-day period, on or before 20 November 2026. All ownership and other rights claims must be supported by authentic documentary evidence within this period. Claims submitted after the prescribed period will not be accepted for this purpose, and further proceedings will be conducted according to applicable law and the existing record.

PCBDDA is bound to examine legitimate legal claims before finalizing the proposed arrangement. This process is intended to verify ownership, review relevant documentation, and protect legal rights.
