MDA Multan Residential and Commercial Plots Auction on 15 January 2026

Multan Development Authority (MDA), Multan, invites bidders to a public auction of residential and commercial plots on Thursday, 15 January 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The auction is being conducted by the Directorate of Estate and Land Management.

The properties offered include plots in Blocks A, B, C, D, F, J and K. The auction schedule assigns plot-specific areas, reserve prices and earnest-money amounts. Earnest money is calculated at 10% for participation in bidding.

Commercial plots offered in Block K include plot numbers 451, 452, 454, 455, 477 and 849. These comprise four plots in the first group and one plot each in the remaining two groups. The reserve rate for these commercial plots is PKR 1,818,000 per marla.

Participants must comply with MDA's auction and payment conditions. Applicable taxes and charges are payable in addition to the plot price. MDA employees are prohibited from participating in the auction, and the authority reserves the right to change the auction venue.
