Barkhan Hospital Upgradation Tender for Residential Building and Allied Works

The Project Director for the Upgradation of THQ Barkhan to DHQ Barkhan and Establishment of a 50-Bedded Hospital at Rakhni, Barkhan, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for residential building and allied works. The works are based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. All bidders must register with the BPPRA Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically; physical bids are not required.

Eligible firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Firms must demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 310,000,000 during the previous three years and completion of two assignments of a similar nature.

The tender processing fee of PKR 1,000 must be deposited into account C02716 under the financing head PD_UEHBB. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned.

Submit bids through the supplier dashboard by 24 November 2025 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM through the Electronic Public Procurement System.
