The Project Management Unit of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Economic Transformation Project (KP-RETP), Planning & Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites proposals from eligible private-sector promoters to establish a Public-Private Producer Partnership (4P) in the dried fruits value chain, promoting relevant enterprises across the Chitral Cluster in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the European Union (EU) towards the cost of KP-RETP and intends to apply part of the proceeds to establishing Public-Private Producer Partnerships. Proposals must comply with the requirements and conditions of the Request for Proposals (RFP).
