Nawaz Sharif Institute Lahore Main Cafeteria Auction for One-Year Operation

Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research invites interested individuals, firms and companies registered with the relevant authorities to participate in the auction of its cafeteria, canteen and tuck-shop facilities for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal.

The reserve price is PKR 5,000,000 for one year. Detailed terms and conditions and the auction document can be viewed or downloaded immediately after publication at https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk/login and the institute's official website, www.nsictr.gov.pk.

Interested and eligible applicants may register on the e-Auction Portal after publication, subject to the eligibility criteria in the auction document. Hard copies of applications are not required, and the auction will be processed through the portal. Applicants are encouraged to register well before the deadline. The institution will not be responsible for failure to submit an application or required information, technical errors or internet failure. Applications containing corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected information or records submitted through the portal will be rejected.

The institute's auction committee will scrutinize registration information, and evaluation results will be uploaded to the e-Auction Portal. Only applicants declared eligible may participate in the subsequent online auction on the scheduled date.

Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price through a bank draft, bank guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or banker's cheque issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan. The instrument must be in the name of the Dean, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research. Its original must be physically submitted to the Dean's office within ten days of announcement of the evaluation result; failure to do so will make the applicant ineligible to participate in the e-auction. A soft copy of the instrument must also be uploaded to the portal.

If the closing date for registration, grievances, earnest money submission, the auction or another auction-related activity falls on a government-declared public holiday or a non-working day for any reason, the next official working day will be treated as the closing date.

The auction will be conducted under the e-Auction Policy 2025 notified by the SHC&ME Department.
