RUDA Public Notice for Purchase of 7.2437 Acres in Mauza Niaz Baig, Lahore

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, has been offered 7.2437 acres of land for purchase in Mauza Niaz Baig, Tehsil Allama Iqbal, District Lahore. The land comprises Khewat Nos. 1121, 1187, 2581, 2586 and 1736.

The land has been offered by Mr. Mudassir Hussain, son of Mehboob Ali, and other landowners through Zafar Iqbal, Land Provider, M/s Blue Ravi Developers, for sale to RUDA.

Any person, bank or organization having an objection to the purchase based on a claim, inheritance, mortgage, dispute, gift, lease, lien, charge, maintenance, easement or any other grounds must submit the objection in writing, with supporting proof, to the Director Land Acquisition (RTW) Department, Ravi Urban Development Authority, Lahore, within seven days of publication of this notice. Claims received after this period will not be entertained.
