C&W D.I. Khan Tender for 4 km BTR Road Construction in Darazinda

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, C&W Highway Division D.I. Khan, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors through the single-stage, two-envelope E-PAD system under the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 15 September 2021.

The work falls under scheme 251390: Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation and Widening of BTR Roads in D.I. Khan Division.

Bid solicitation documents and instructions to bidders may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer or through the E-PADS system on any working day before the submission deadline. Tender documents and evaluation criteria are available from the office during working hours and must be obtained at least five days before the closing date.

Bidders must submit their electronic bids in accordance with KPPRA Notification No. SOR (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71, dated 10 May 2022. The notice also refers to KPPRA Notification No. SRO (29)/Vol: 1-40/25-26/699-711, dated 29 October 2025.

All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013, Act No. XXI of 2013. Contractors must submit the following documents with their electronic bids: PEC registration for 2027, active NTN, active KPPRA registration, CNIC, and C&W enlistment for 2027.

Bids will remain valid for 90 days. Bid opening will take place at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Highway Division D.I. Khan. Bidders providing incorrect or false information will be disqualified and recommended to the competent authority for debarment or blacklisting.
