PRCL Tender for National Bank of Pakistan Cyber and Digital Insurance 2027

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for National Bank of Pakistan Cyber and Digital Insurance 2027.

Tender reference: 138 (PRCL-NBP-CYBER)/2027-2028.

Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 27(b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2026, together with applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority from time to time. The procurement is open to all potential bidders.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available through EPADS version 2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS version 2.0 by 26 November 2026 at 11:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. PRCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids within the scope of the Public Procurement Rules 2026.
