Kachhi Tender for Tuff Pavers, Concrete Street, Street Lights and Maharaj Room in Mithri

The Executive Engineer (Road), CWP&H Department, District Kachhi at Dhadar invites eligible bidders to undertake the following work for 2026. Bids shall be submitted on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.

Bidder eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The firm must have completed one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 14,000,000 in two preceding years as evidence of financial capacity.

Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above, covering works up to PKR 25 million, is required in the relevant category. The specified specializations cover CE10(i), General Civil Engineering Works; EE11(i), Solar; EE11(ii), Solar Energy; EE11(iii), Solar Energy System; EE11(vi), General Electrical Works Only; and installation of solar-powered LED street-lighting systems.

The firm must have completed at least one project each in road, dam, building and water-supply works, with a minimum cost equivalent to 60% of the estimated cost. It must also have completed at least two assignments during the last three years, each meeting the stated 60% estimated-cost requirement.

Supporting documents: Attach a clear call deposit receipt together with the BPPRA challan and green challan. Submit an originality declaration for the documents on attested PKR 100 judicial stamp paper bearing a fresh date and mentioning the work name and TSE number. Scanned copies are not allowed.

Bidding procedure and security: The single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be used. Each bid must include 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, issued in the name of the Executive Engineer.

Tender documents: Documents may be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office upon payment of PKR 1,000. They will be issued from the publication date of the notice until 19 November 2026, during office hours on working days.
