Model Town Society Lahore Public Notice for Loan NOC on Plot 86-E

The Estate Secretary, Model Town Society, Lahore, has issued a public notice concerning a loan No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Plot No. 86-E, Model Town, Lahore, measuring 2 kanal. The deceased society member, Mr. Muzammil Munir Bhatti, son of Munir Ahmad Bhatti, is survived by the following legal heirs:

Rabia Alishan Naqvi has appointed her brother, Mr. Hamza Munir Bhatti, son of Munir Ahmad Bhatti, as her general attorney through registered document No. 080-2026-0001132, Book No. 4, dated 17 October 2026, registered with the Sub-Registrar, Gulberg, Model Town, Lahore.

The general attorney, acting in that capacity, and the other legal heirs have applied for a loan NOC against the 2-kanal property at Plot No. 86-E, Model Town, Lahore.

Any person, bank, institution or agency having an objection to issuing the loan NOC must notify the Society Secretary at the society office within 15 days of publication of this notice. Objections received after that period will not be accepted, and the society will be authorised to complete the loan-related proceedings on the applicants’ request.
