Municipal Corporation Sahiwal Bus Stand Fee Collection Auction 2026-27

Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites bids for the auction of bus stand fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. The contracts will operate from 1 December 2026 to 30 June 2027. The auction will be held on 26 November 2026 at 12:00 noon at the Municipal Corporation Sahiwal office.

The prescribed collection rates for both contracts are PKR 250 for an air-conditioned bus, PKR 150 for a non-air-conditioned bus, and PKR 100 for a wagon, Suzuki or pickup.

The auction is governed by the Punjab Local Government (Auction of Collection Rights) Rules, 2016. Participants must submit the required earnest money through a call deposit in favour of Municipal Corporation Sahiwal before participating. Successful bidders must fulfil the payment, security and agreement requirements under the applicable rules. Sixty percent of the earnest money will be retained as security, and the remaining 40 percent will be adjusted against the first instalment.

Participants must provide identification, an NTN, evidence of business experience and financial standing, including a bank statement. Municipal Corporation defaulters must clear their outstanding dues before participating.

The auction is subject to approval by the competent authority. Detailed auction conditions may be obtained from the Municipal Corporation Sahiwal office.
