Final Absence and Disciplinary Notice to PST Sadaf Nasreen Talib, Kasur

The District Education Officer (Women), Elementary Education, Kasur, issues a final notice to Ms. Sadaf Nasreen Talib, PST at Government Girls Primary School, Tehsil Chunian, District Kasur, concerning her absence from duty since 29 January 2026.

The absence was reported by the Deputy District Education Officer (Women), Chunian, through letter No. 135/B.C dated 19 February 2026. Disciplinary proceedings were initiated under the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act, 2006 (PEEDA Act, 2006), and an inquiry officer was appointed through order No. 711/E-III dated 21 April 2026.

The employee did not attend the inquiry despite the notices. The inquiry officer completed the proceedings, submitted the inquiry report to the issuing authority and recommended the major penalty of removal from service under the PEEDA Act, 2006. The employee also failed to attend the subsequent personal hearings.

Ms. Sadaf Nasreen Talib must appear before the District Education Officer (Women), Elementary Education, Kasur, within seven days of publication of this final notice for a personal hearing and provide satisfactory reasons for her absence. If she fails to appear, ex parte proceedings will be taken and the penalty of removal from service will be imposed in accordance with the inquiry officer's recommendation. Any subsequent excuse will not be accepted.
