Cantonment Board Nowshera Medical Centre Rental Auction 2026

Cantonment Board Nowshera invites interested bidders to participate in an auction for renting the Cantonment Medical Centre at Iqbal Park Road, Nowshera Cantonment. The rental period is five years, with a 10% annual increase in rent.

The auction will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the Cantonment Board Office, Nowshera. Interested participants must bring their original national identity card and the required security deposit. Bidding for the monthly rent will start at PKR 150,000.

The security deposit required for participation is 10% of the reserve amount. The successful bidder must enter into a rental agreement with Cantonment Board Nowshera. Payment requirements include 25% of the first year's rental amount, and rent will increase by 10% each year. Following approval, the successful bidder must complete the required payment and agreement formalities within seven days. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Monthly rent must be deposited by the 10th of each month. The successful bidder will be responsible for necessary internal repairs and maintenance. Alterations to the building require permission from Cantonment Board Nowshera. The tenant must also comply with the applicable requirements for conducting the approved activities.

All utility bills for the premises will be payable by the successful bidder. Failure to pay outstanding dues may lead to legal action. The premises may not be transferred or sublet to another person without prior permission from Cantonment Board Nowshera.

The highest bid will be subject to approval by the competent authority. Cantonment Board Nowshera reserves the right to accept or reject a bid. Additional rental conditions will form part of the agreement, and the auction will be conducted under the applicable 2004 rules.
